How Housing and Energy Efficiency Services Helps
NMCAA dedicates itself to enhancing the quality of life for community members by offering targeted programs that address housing stability and energy efficiency. These programs alleviate the burden of high utility costs as well as unsafe housing conditions, particularly for low-income households. Get started today! Emergency Home Repair
Learn More about Emergency Home Repair Assistance
Need help with critical home repairs? NMCAA offers Emergency Home Repair Assistance for eligible homeowners in Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Emmet, Leelanau, Missaukee, and Wexford Counties. This program provides funding from local municipalities, foundations, and utility partners to address repairs that pose health or safety risks.

Funded by Federal and State programs, this initiative helps reduce energy costs while prioritizing health and safety for those who need it most—seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families with children.
