Homebuyer Counseling
Free Homebuyer Counseling
Education for Homebuying
NMCAA welcomes you to HUD-approved homebuyer education courses that support you through every stage of the purchasing process. Whether you’re in the beginning stages of considering homeownership and need help navigating the right loans, improving your credit score, getting pre-approved with a bank, or finding your dream home, Homebuyer Counseling is right for you! Furthermore, if you’re already pre-approved, found your dream home, and need help working with your lender on closing details, our services remain available to assist. Additionally, our Homebuyer Education Workshops and counseling guide you through the entire home buying process. Lastly, after purchasing the home, our counselors can still help navigate resources to ensure continued success.
