Early Head Start Home Based Option

The goal of the NMCAA Early Head Start program is a great start in life for all infants and toddlers!

Welcome to NMCAA’s Early Head Start Home Based option! After all, we understand that you are your child’s first teacher. This is why, our Early Head Start Home Based program fully supports you every step of the way on your parenting journey. Because of this, our program values your input and actively involves you in every part of the Early Head Start experience.

Early Head Start Home Based Program

Firstly, whether you are an expectant parent or caring for an infant or toddler, enrolling in the Early Head Start Home Based option is a crucial step toward providing the best for your child. Secondly, NMCAA Early Head Start Home Based program offers a year-round home visiting program. Beyond this, this program is additionally coupled with opportunities for families to participate in community socialization experiences. Lastly, our program serves 233 families and, once a child turns three, we assist in transitioning them into a 3–5-year-old program. Above all, families with children of all abilities are encouraged to apply.

Without a doubt, NMCAA Early Head Start is not just a program; it is a true partnership. In fact, we actively walk alongside families, offering support and resources to ensure children thrive. Furthermore, we welcome families with children of all abilities to apply to our Early Head Start program. In short, by joining us, you will discover the significant difference Early Head Start can make in your child’s life! To begin joining the Early Head Start Home Based program fill out an interest form.

Early Head Start Home Based option offers you a choice of where you would like your child to attend their early childhood education.

Enrolled Early Head Start Home Based Families Receive

To begin with, our Early Head Start program offers home visits from certified Parents as Teachers educators. Additionally, families gain access to education and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support. Furthermore, children and parents can participate in infant and toddler playgroups, as well as parent groups, fostering connections and growth. However, please note that transportation is not provided.

Early Head Start Home Based is a great way to introduce your small child to education. This program fits the needs of many families.

Home Visits Consist of:

Above all, our program offers development and interaction through observation times with your child. Additionally, we provide developmental information and activities specifically designed for you and your child. Furthermore, you’ll receive practical tips for family development and access to family support services. Moreover, we offer opportunities to ask questions and discuss your concerns. Health information and activities are also included, ensuring comprehensive care. Plus, you can expect 46 contacts per year for ongoing support.
