Diapers for Free
Diaper Project Through NMCAA and Partners
Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA) is excited to announce that we have received a grant from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. With this grant, we will distribute diapers free of charge to those who qualify through our community partners. As a result, qualifying families (including those under 18 years of age) may be eligible for receiving one sleeve of diapers each month. Additionally, they can choose diapers for free from Huggies Pull-Ups, Mama Bear Gentle Touch, and Mama Bear Plush Protection. Currently, we are not offering wipes and ointment.
Please note the diapers only available for distribution in our 10 county service region in Northwest Michigan including Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon and Wexford counties.

SNAP (food Assistance program)
Family Independence program (cash assistance program)
State emergency relief
weatherization
community services block grant assistance
low income household assistance program
SSI
